David Olds completed his Ph.D. in Foodservice and Hospitality Management at Kansas State University in fall 2010. He is currently employed at Kansas State as both an adjunct instructor and research associate in the Department of Hospitality Management and Dietetics.
Dr. Olds has over 20 years of industry experience in many different types of foodservice operations. His research interests include food safety and food security.
During his doctoral studies, Dr. Olds provided leadership as President of the Kansas State University Graduate Student Council. He also received recognition from his colleagues for his research and teaching.
